Nicole Negvesky

Nicole Negvesky is a 20 + year veteran in the benefits industry working mainly for consulting firms but spent several years with an ancillary carrier focused on stop loss and disability insurance.  She has in-depth knowledge about ever-changing employer philosophies around total rewards strategies.

Prior to BRP, Nicole spent six years working for Gallagher as an Area Senior Vice President and the Tampa and Naples market leader.  There she consulted with large employers around the country on their total rewards strategy and their health and welfare programs.  Some of her clients included large municipalities and labor unions.  She also worked with large private employers in the hospitality, manufacturing and government contracting space.

Nicole is a mainstay on the speaker circuit, educating employers on the emerging trends of benefit programs and how employers can maximize their programs to reach a diverse and multi-generational workforce to improve business outcomes.  Nicole was most recently recognized by Employee Benefit Advisor as a 2020 Top Women in Benefits Advising; she is a repeat winner of that designation having earned it in 2018 as well.  In 2018, she was also recognized by Risk & Insurance Magazine as a 2018 Power Broker finalist.
