Jake joined Baldwin Risk Partners in 2020 as Director of Strategy & Partnerships. Prior to joining BRP, Jake spent 4 years at Carousel Capital, a middle market private equity firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he focused on analyzing and executing new investment opportunities for the firm, along with monitoring portfolio company performance. Prior to his time at Carousel Capital, Jake spent 3 years as an analyst in the Middle Market Investing Banking division of Wells Fargo Securities.

Jake earned his BA degree in Spanish and Economics from Davidson College in Davidson, NC, and his MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Jake resides in Charlotte with his wife and son.
