Tara Morey

Tara joined BRP in January
2020 as a Project Manager and has developed into the Director of Operational
Excellence. In this role, Tara is focused on improving operational
effectiveness and efficiencies by ensuring strategic firm-wide and cross functional
projects, changes and process improvement initiatives are aligned with
strategic goals and managed consistently by using proven industry methodology,
tools and techniques.

Tara has over 20 years of
experience designing and managing organizational changes, projects and process
improvement initiatives. Prior to joining BRP, Tara spent 12 years with a
management consulting firm that specialized in employee benefits, retirement
and human capital management services for mid to large sized organizations in
all industries. Tara worked on projects for many notable clients including
American Greetings, American Airlines La-Z-Boy, Battelle, The Timken Company,
Kenan Advantage Group, Cleveland State University and large healthcare systems
such as University Hospitals and ProMedica Healthcare. Prior to consulting,
Tara worked for 10 years in corporate roles in banking/finance (New York
Community Bank), retail (RaceTrac Petroleum) and manufacturing (Shaw
Industries).

Tara holds the following certifications: Project Management
Professional (PMP), Human Resources Information Professional (HRIP), Six Sigma
Yellow Belt, Compression Planning Facilitation and Denison Organizational
Culture Consulting. She received her MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology
from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and her BA in Psychology (with
minor in Spanish) from Ohio University.

Tara enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and
two toy poodle mixes. She and her husband are both originally from Ohio but
have been residing in Tampa, FL since 2013. She enjoys walking with her
poodles, yoga and spending time anywhere outdoors; woods, mountains, beach,
rivers and amusement and national parks.
