Matt joined Baldwin Risk Partners in 2021 as Director of Partnerships & Strategy. Prior to joining BRP, Matt spent 6 years in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he focused on the insurance industry, including brokers like BRP. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt offerings for public, private, and sponsor-owned firms. Matt began his career as an Army officer and paratrooper.

Matt received a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife.
