Amy joined BRP in November 2020 as a HR Director of Colleague Relations. She supports several operational groups by leading HR initiatives, leadership development, colleague relations, organization structure, performance and succession planning.

Amy has over 20 years of HR colleague relations experience in the staffing and global manufacturing industry.

Amy graduated with a B.A. from Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan 1999 where she majored in English and minored in Business Management. She is originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan but currently resides in Clearwater, Fl. Amy enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending football and baseball games and doing anything outdoors.
