ABOUT William

Bill is a Director in BRP’s management liability practice, responsible for the negotiation and placement of coverage lines including Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, and Crime.  In this role, Bill works with both private and publicly traded clients to negotiate best-in-class terms and pricing across all management liability placements.  Bill and the BRP management liability team also work closely with clients to analyze individual risk profiles in order to best position our clients within the insurance marketplace.

Additionally, Bill serves on the Steering Committee for the New England Chapter of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society.

Bill joined BRP in 2021 after spending 4 years as a broker in Aon’s Financial Services Group, where he also focused on management liability placements for public and private entities, including financial institutions.  Prior to his work at Aon, Bill served as Assistant Director for Enforcement at the Massachusetts Securities Division.  While at the Securities Division, Bill investigated and charged violations of the Massachusetts Uniform Securities Act, often working in close collaboration with federal civil and criminal authorities. 

Bill earned his B.A. from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. from Hofstra University.
