Tamara Burt

Tamara joined BKS Partners in 2018 as a Risk Consultant from Marsh and was promoted to Business Development Leader in 2019. In her time at BKS she has been instrumental in developing our Smith and Saunders Joint ventures, and in training, onboarding and mentoring our new advisors. With a passion for our culture and colleagues, Tamara has made an outsized impact by helping to define and refine the new business workflows, training and onboarding, and mentorship programs. She also contributed to the development and execution of many new initiatives including the Faces of PRM, The PRM Scoop, and the first ever BKS sales contest as part of the inaugural BKS Olympic Committee.

Tamara also received her Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance (CAPI) designation from Chubb and Wharton.
